The hotel is in a prime location, a few minutes' walk from the tourist bus station and large supermarkets, and 5-6 minutes away from the lake and the information center. The hotel rooms are clean and heated, and there are simple tableware, refrigerators and microwaves. If you need more tableware for cooking, you can go to the front desk to get them. Te Anau is lovely located an last City before Milford, dorms lacks curtains but bed was comfy, kitchen has no dishes, all in all good location for the price.

The backpacking room is heated, and the public toilet, kitchen, and living room are in the same building as the backpacking room, so it is very convenient. You also need a parking space for your car. Opposite is the main street of Are Anau (where supermarkets and restaurants gather)
